Yearly Grid for Google Calendar (Chrome extension) · Effective 25 October 2026

Yearly Grid shows your Google Calendar as a year-at-a-glance grid and lets you create, edit and delete events from it. This policy explains what data it uses and what happens to it. The short version: your calendar data goes only between your browser and Google, and nowhere else.

What the extension accesses

When you sign in, you grant the extension two Google permissions:

Sign-in uses Chrome's built-in Google sign-in (chrome.identity). The extension never sees your Google password.

How the data is used

What is stored on your computer

This data stays on your computer. Removing the extension deletes it.

Limited Use

Yearly Grid's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data from Google is used only to provide the features described above, is never transferred to others, is never used for advertising, and is never read by humans.

Revoking access

Use Sign out in the extension, and remove Yearly Grid's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Uninstalling the extension removes its local data.

Changes and contact
